Implemented and managed 11 SAP CRM Projects in the areas of Mobile Sales, Internet Sales, Service Interaction Center with Win Client , Service Interaction Center with Web Client, Marketing and Campaign Management and CRM Analytics. Managed SAP CRM Upgrades from CRM 2.0B to 2.0C ,CRM 2.0C to CRM 3.0,CRM 3.0 to CRM 3.1.
Our SAP CRM lead's expertise includes handling complex data migration from legacy CRM systems into SAP CRM systems. He is currently focused on development web services using NetWeaver platform.
